Fun Friday- Summer Dessert Time!

Good morning!  Despite the fact that it was in the 60s here last night, I am DETERMINED it is summer.  Plus, Roo says this is her favorite dessert and she does not care if it is hot or not, she LOVES it!  So from my mother-in-law's recipe box:

Lemonade Pie

1 graham cracker pie crust

Mix:

1 can condensed milk

8 oz. thawed cool whip

8 oz. thawed frozen lemonade

Pour into crust and freeze!

Wish I had a picture for you, but someone has not made one yet.  We usually try to freeze several at a time, as it is a good go-to dessert if you have unexpected guests come by, or if you just need a dessert for your Fun Friday!
